Non-contact drive + ratchet mechanism (MDC method)
Non-contact drive between the motor of the cleaning section and the cleaning rollers by using magnetic drive wheels: waste generation from the drive section can be completely eliminated. The drive unit does not use any gears, conveyor belts or other components.
Fewer consumables and lower maintenance costs. In addition, the magnetic drive wheel of the cleaning roller is equipped with a ratchet mechanism that absorbs the speed difference between the front and rear machines of the sticking machine and keeps the speed consistent.
Jump function for cleaning rollers
When the substrate is transported to the entrance of the sticking machine, the upper roller automatically jumps over the front end of the substrate and then falls back to contact the substrate through the induction of the sensor, which can effectively prevent the phenomenon of thin plate rolled up or rolled up film from occurring.
Ease of maintenance
The pull-out structure of the drawer type cleaning adhesive paper and cleaning roller facilitates the cutting of the cleaning adhesive paper and the replacement of the roller; the de-static wand can be pulled out from the back of the machine, which facilitates the cleaning of the needle of the de-static wand;
The connection between the cleaning rollers and the drive shaft is fixed by connectors, which shortens the operation of replacing the rollers by more than two times compared with the traditional keyway fixing of the shaft holes and reduces the cost of manual maintenance.
