与一般干膜与阻焊兼容SLM(特殊光调器)和网屏独特光学技术的组合， 实现了超高压水银灯成为直接成像系统的光源。使用二维调节器的图像投影，高精密度成像头能达到15μm L/S的最小宽度和1μm上下的精密度。

The 19th CPCA exhibition was official opened on 16th March 2010. The three days event was held at the Shanghai International Expo Centre, China. In this year’s opening ceremony special guest from WECC were also invited to witness the occasion. It was sunshine after the thunderstorm, having braced through the 2008 financial crisis and 2009 was a year where businesses takes a dip to its lowest level, we are finally experiencing a recovery in the printed circuit industry. As one of Asia’s largest exhibitions, this year the organizer has put together a grand scale of exhibits together with a wide range of advanced technologies and products. It also includes collaborating with the supply chain professionals to strengthen and promote trade developments within the entire industry. Trade visitors were having a fruitful time gathering lots of vital information from the exhibitors.

Mitsubishi CO2 Laser Drill
The newly develop super high speed Galvano is one of the leading and most advanced direct copper laser drill in the market today. It is highly effective and is able to achieve excellent quality in manufacturing. It also reduces the interval of laser gas exchange and increase in production efficiency. The high power, high peak Glavano and a optimize beam control is suitable for all types of hole sizes, whether small or big including other processes.　
Screen Direct Imaging System
It is compatible with conventional resist, the combination of a special light modulator (SLM) and screen’s exclusive optical technology has enabled the use of an ultra-high-pressure mercury lamp as the light source. A 2-dimensional modulator is used for the image projection. Screen’s exclusive high-precision imaging head achieves a minimum width of 15μm/L with an accuracy of ±1μm

The AOI has a refine image capturing system which is capable of detecting even the smallest defects.
