HKPCA Training Course 2007
In mid April 2007, WWG and HKPCA jointly organized a seminar called “New Technology of Laser Drilling” The response was overwhelming and it attracted more than 120 participants coming to attend the talk given by professor Mr. Hirosaki from Mitsubishi. In this training he presented the new technology of laser drilling complying with HDI and its application.
